I'm only sorry I can't rate them '0'. From the start terrible. Horrible online account managing system. Apathetic customer service. Hidden fees. Clueless account managers. I've just cancelled and been charged a $60 early disconnection fee even though I was with them for two months on a monthly plan. The worst consumer experience I have ever, ever had - save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Service has worked as advertised, and gets better with every update. Call quality is as good if not better than POTS.

While on a call, it has no noticable effect on web browsing, or other activities.
