Voice Quality is good. But customer service they are maintaining its worst. I never see such a worst customer service company in my life. They dont mention the proper notes in their system. And simply escape from the things. If you buy the device you are in trouble.

While on occation I have experienced dropped calls and sound quality issues, overall the service is great for the price.

I can't say enough good things about Vonage. I've been with them since their inception. The actual voice service itself was always great, but the features they have added make the overall service better and better. My favorite feature allows my calls to be forwarded to my cell phone if my internet connection goes down. The feature that sold me was the ability to add additional local numbers. I have a lot of family that is out of state, I added a number that is local to them so calling me is a local call.

Great phone service. International rates are lower than my in-state rates were with my old POTS service. I get an email with a .wav file attached whenever a voicemail is left, so I can hear my home messages from the office! I could go on and on - just try it, you'll never miss your POTS!

Fantastic service -- can't say enough about it. Great quality, great pricing, great features! Of course, your mileage may vary with your ISP's performance, but I'm on Comcast and it's never failed me yet.

Vonage is a great service. The only issue I have is because we have Buiness Class cable so we don't have as much throughput as we should it doesn't break up quite a bit when browsing the internet at the sametime as speaking on the phone.

We've had Vonage VoIP service for a few months now and the service is really good. We get all of the same features as we did with our local phone service but the price is roughly $15/month less. It's nice that they currently don't have taxes on VoIP but unfortunately that is probably going to change soon. Not a fault of Vonage's though.

I've not had any problems with Vonage and the quality of the calls is really good. Only a few minor problems which were quickly resolved. I definitely recommend Vonage when seeking a VoIP provider.

Sound quality was poor. Clients asked if I was overseas or on a Sat Phone. Customer Service terrible. Hold times were excessive and email support took over a month for a response. Then there is the termination charge. Don't get me started on that.
